3. Delivery Timelines
Our standard delivery timeline is 7 to 10 days for t-shirts and ready-made products. Please note that each piece is printed specifically for you, as we do not hold stock. This allows us to minimize waste and uphold our commitment to sustainability.
For custom artwork, including pet portraits, delivery timelines vary based on the number of commissions we have at hand. Typically, delivery can range from 15 days to a month. We will communicate the expected delivery date at the time of your order.

5. Quality Assurance for Custom Pet Portraits
Each custom pet portrait is made with the finest quality acrylic paints and is coated with a layer of varnish to protect the artwork long-term. This ensures that your portrait remains vibrant and protected from environmental factors such as dust and UV rays. Please note that framing is available upon request and must be specified at the time of your order.
