Setting up FAQs
We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for faulty products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that artwork, including custom-made pet portraits, cannot be returned or exchanged as they are personalized and created specifically for you.
